Southern Biosecurity Group is seeking expressions of interest to deliver a contract for wild dog control in the Ravensthorpe Shire.

The successful contractor will be required to deliver up to 100 days of wild dog control. Applicants must be Licensed Pest Management Technicians (LPMTs) registered with the Department of Health,with capacity to:

• Monitor wild dog activity, including ability to utilise motion activated cameras;
• Trap, bait and shoot wild dogs;
• Produce 1080 meat baits for use with this wild dog control project;
• Use ‘Feral Scan’ to record wild dog control and monitoring activity;
• Hold a current Western Australian high-powered firearms licence; and
• Supply their own suitable vehicle and communications for operations.

The contract will run until 30 June 2020, with the possibility of future renewal subject to performance.
